Shipping Method & Cost
- We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
- No minimum purchase is required.

Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
Remote or rural areas may require additional time.
Shipping time typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
UK Next Day Delivery
Available all week excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays.
The following are details of our UK Next Day Delivery service:
• If you place your order by 12.30 pm Monday to Thursday, you should receive your goods the next day.
• If you place your order between 12.30 pm Friday and 12.30 pm Monday, you should receive your goods on Tuesday.
• Please note we do not deliver on a Bank Holidays and your order should be delivered 2 working days later.
International Delivery
• All international orders are processed on working days only.
• The cost of International Delivery is £14.99.
• Orders placed on a working day will be dispatched promptly and are estimated to be delivered within 3–7 working days.
• Orders received during Weekends or on Bank Holidays will be processed on the next available working day.
• Please note that while we strive to meet these delivery times, customs processing and local delivery conditions in your destination country may occasionally extend the delivery period.
Delivery Time
Orders made before 8 am Monday to Friday are generally despatched the very same day subject to cleared payment through PayPal.
During exceptionally busy periods your order will be posted within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and cleared payment. Orders are not processed on weekends and Bank Holidays.
All services are chosen specifically as they are trusted and reliable. The times above are estimates provided by the courier and can experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that each courier will aim to meet this time frame for every customer.
If you still haven’t received your item after the specified delivery time, please allow 10 working days for delivery (15 days for international delivery), before contacting us to further investigate your item location.
